Product Description
- The bed structure features high rigidity and stability; equipped with a large-span and high-rigidity main spindle, a 15/18.5KW high-torque main motor, and a 100mm center height tool rest, enabling high-rigidity cutting
- The entire machine is designed for thermal balance. The product is of batch CMK2.0 (IT6 grade), with a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.003mm, and the main shaft conical surface runout is ≤ 0.002mm
- Configurable servo tail table, operates at high speed, without impact clamping, eliminating defective and damaged products, thereby enhancing processing efficiency
