IVT35 automated production line stands out with standardized modular design and a rigid frame-type bed for excellent precision retention. Its inverted spindle combined with a large-angle bed guard ensures superior chip evacuation.
Featuring a compact footprint and flexible layout, it integrates turning, drilling and boring for multi-process machining. Ideal for high-volume production of brake discs and bearing rings, its optimized cycle time boosts efficiency for enterprises.

Product Features:

1,High rigidity, high stability

Through the finite element analysis of the key components and the whole machine structure, the component structure and the whole machine layout are optimized to achieve the best rigidity and improve the stability of the main machine.

2,High precision

X/Z axis is configured with absolute value grating ruler, spindle is configured with encoder to achieve closed-loop control. X/Z positioning accuracy can reach 8µm, repeated positioning accuracy can reach 4µm

3,High automation

The inverted spindle structure can replace the manipulator and realize automatic loading and unloading with the automatic line in the machine. The in-machine automatic line can also meet the future flexible production through centralized loading and unloading conveyor belts and diversified manipulators, achieving lower automation costs and lower equipment time.
