High-rigidity CNC horizontal milling and boring machine can meet the heavy cutting demand, and it is widely used in general machinery, engineering machinery, mining, electric power and other industries.
Structural features:The machine tool is in a structure of T-shaped layout and single column side hanging box
Basic parts:Cast with high-strength cast iron material and resin sand process, with excellent stability and shock resistance
Spindle group:he spindle is driven by precision gear group meshing, with smooth operation and high accuracy
Guide rail:X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis are equipped with the integrated steel-inserted guide rail to meet the rigid demand of heavy cutting
Drive:The X-axis and Z-axis adopt servo motor to drive the ball lead screw via the reduction gearbox,the Y-axis adopts the servo motor to directly drive the ball lead screw, and the B-axis is the classic double worm gear & worm structure
