Precision surface grinding machine can grind a variety of planes and complex forming surface, suitable for grinding processing without motor feed, spindle adopts P4 precision rolling bearing, labyrinth seal, good waterproof and dustproof performance, smooth movement, high precision. Longitudinal using ball steel guide rail, the operation is light and flexible, the column adopts large span shape guide rail, good steel, high stability. The whole machine adopts manual oil pump centralized lubrication.
1. The layout of the cross worktable is adopted, the structure of the column and the grinding head is compact, the vertical feed sensitivity is high, and the accuracy of the horizontal guide rail is guaranteed.
2. The horizontal feed of the worktable adopts double V plastic guide rails, driven by oil pressure, which can obtain a stable and continuous feed, so it can carry out high-finish grinding.
3. The longitudinal movement of the worktable is controlled in two ways: 1. Ordinary transmission control type and servo transmission control type. Ordinary transmission cannot be precisely positioned before and after, and servo can achieve precise positioning.
4. The grinding head adopts high-precision angular contact bearing, which has high rigidity and rotation accuracy.
5. The machine tool control option can adopt the Japanese Mitsubishi PLC, the new generation of Taiwan and the German Siemens control system, the graphic menu operation is simple, and the degree of automation is high.
