Product Description:
T5.2-500Q series horizontal CNC lathe, combining intelligent control technology and advanced manufacturing technology, has high precision, high efficiency and high cutting rigidity. The finite element analysis software is used to optimize the design, analyze the distribution of stress points, reduce the deformation of parts, and achieve the optimal structure of the whole machine. The main castings are all made of high-strength cast iron materials, which ensures the minimization of vibration during the cutting process and improves the machining accuracy and cutting stability.
