VMC-Q series machine tools are the new generation general vertical machining center through independent R&D for industrial areas such as general machinery, automobile, and so on. Through professional design and analysis software for scientific and reasonable analysis and optimization, as well as advanced manufacturing and testing technology for verification and improvement, the equipment has good cutting performance, which can satisfy the requirements of drilling and milling of various parts and provide the customers with the best processing experience.

A Lead screw: pre-drawn The three-axis lead screw adopts the installation method of fixed two ends, and with 40 large diameter high precision ball screw, the best speed response and positioning accuracy can be obtained by pre-stretching treatment.
B Guide rail: roller Roller linear guide rail is selected for three axes to increase bearing capacity and enhance the overall rigidity and reliability of the machine tool. Linear guide has small vibration at high speed and no crawling at low speed to ensure machining accuracy.
C Spindle: 10000 RPM 10000 RPM high speed spindle, bearing imported P4 special bearings, with high precision, high rigidity; The main shaft has passed the dynamic balance correction test before leaving the factory.
