The moving-beam gantry machining center is a mature product of ourcompany, features extensive scope of application and high machiningcapability; the product is able to complete machining of multiple proceduresof components after one time of fixture and is an ideal equipment formachining large-size components for industries such as heavy-dutymachinery, ship and steel/iron, etc. lts main motion modes are: workbench moves along bed to form X-axis;sliding plate moves along crossbeam to form Y-axis; ram moves along slidingplate vertically to form Z-axis; and crossbeam moves along column verticallyto form W-axis. w-axis adopts double-motor driving large guiderail ball lead screw, andfeatures high driving capacity and safety performance; crossbeam liftingadopts hydraulic cylinder clamping, ram and sliding plate feature clampingmechanism and excellent accuracy maintenance. The machine tool can be configured with vertical and horizontal tool magazineand multiple full-automated accessory milling heads, and provides completesolution to customers.
