Part I Machine Features
1. The machine is compact in structure, small in size and high in flexibility. The milling head can turn around 90° and back and forth 45°.
2. The machine adopts high-grade Mihanna casting, with strong structure, no deformation and good stability. The main shaft is made of chromium-molybdenum alloy, finely ground after tempering and tempering heat treatment, combined with precision grade bevel ball bearings, with strong cutting force and excellent precision.
3. The three-axis corner tooth base nut is made of advanced phosphor bronze (PBC-2), with good wear resistance and long service life.
4. X and Y axis slideways are attached with Turcite-B wear sheets, which are easy to operate, low wear rate and durable.
5. After quenching and hardening, the working table is finely ground, which is not easy to wear.
6. Equipped with manual oil pump, centralized lubrication of worktable and lifting platform.
7. Equipped with improved electrical box and controller, with 24V, 110V, 220V output socket.
8. Pneumatic broach device can be selected to realize the tool change in 2 seconds, high efficiency, fast and safe.
