Product Description
- 1. TXK20 series CNC gantry moving beam milling machine is a new generation of precision CNC machining machine tools, suitable for high speed steel carbide tool on ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal and part of the non-metallic material processing of the workpiece. Can complete the plane, high and low surface, inclined surface, side, groove class, boring, drilling and other processes of the milling process.
- 2. Transmission mode of worktable: workbench ball screw drive, driven by AC servo system to achieve stepless adjustment of working speed and positioning, and repeat positioning accuracy
- 3. Beam locking: TXK20 series beam is mechanically automatically locked and realizes chain control with the beam lifting.
- 4. The two-axis ball screw drive of the end milling head is driven by an AC servo system to achieve stepless adjustment of working speed and positioning, and the accuracy of repeated positioning
- 5. Side milling head milling feed quantity is stepless adjustable.
- 6. All machine tools are cast, processed, assembled by our company. The casting materials are HT250 quality cast iron, all through thermal, vibration and secondary time treatment, to fully eliminate the internal stress of the casting. The bed body, column and beam guide rail have been super audio quenching.
