HDAL series horizontal machining center is a horizontal machining center with international advanced level. Product Features
1. high stability: machine base, column, spindle box, cross slide table, worktable and other basic parts are all made of high strength cast iron, stable organization, permanent quality assurance. The structure of machine tool castings is analyzed by machine tool dynamics and finite element analysis, and the stiffener structure is rationally matched to ensure the high rigidity of the foundation parts. Wide and solid machine base, portal column, full load supported cross slide table can ensure the heavy load capacity during processing. 2. large diameter high precision ball screw
