HDAL series horizontal machining center is a horizontal machining center with international advanced level. Its unique high-speed linear rolling guide rail pair design is widely used in the processing of box parts, shell parts and disc parts in automobile, mold and machinery manufacturing industries. Parts after a clamping can complete iron, steel, drilling, expansion, hairpin, tapping and other multi-task sequence processing, with high precision, high automation, high reliability, high degree of mechanical and electrical integration, simple operation, the overall shape is beautiful and generous and so on. The machine is equipped with automatic tool exchange system (ATC), automatic lubrication system, cooling system and portable manual operation device (MPG) with integral protective cover.

 

Product Features

 

1. high stability: machine base, column, spindle box, cross slide table, worktable and other basic parts are all made of high strength cast iron, stable organization, permanent quality assurance. The structure of machine tool castings is analyzed by machine tool dynamics and finite element analysis, and the stiffener structure is rationally matched to ensure the high rigidity of the foundation parts. Wide and solid machine base, portal column, full load supported cross slide table can ensure the heavy load capacity during processing. The indexing table adopts high precision mouse tooth positioning. Sliding guide rails ensure high rigidity of machine tools.

 

2. large diameter high precision ball screw

 

(1) The three-axis ball screw is pre-stretched to reduce the elongation of temperature rise. After pre-stretching, the ball screw greatly increases the transmission stiffness and eliminates the influence of thermal deformation caused by fast movement, thus ensuring the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
