Product Presentation
CW-M series ordinary lathes have a popular right-angle plane shape with wide front and rear legs. The bed has undergone high-frequency surface quenching and grinding, with a quenching hardness of G50. The headbox gear has undergone high-frequency quenching and precision grinding of the teeth, and the gear accuracy can reach level 7. The dimensional accuracy of the parts processed on this machine can reach IT7 level, and the surface roughness can reach 1.6 level.
