- The machine tool adopts the traditional horizontal lathe layout. The overall design has good airtightness and meets safety standards. The main basic parts such as the bed and legs are all cast with resin sand, artificially aging treatment, and the stability of the whole machine is superior.
- The longitudinal and lateral motion axes of the machine tool are driven by a servo motor, a precision ball screw pair, a high rigidity precision composite bearing drive, and a semi-closed loop control system with pulse encoder position detection and feedback.
- The spindle speed is high, and the variable frequency speed regulation range can be selected, and the noise of the whole machine is low.
- The diameter of the through hole of the spindle is large, the ability to pass the bar is strong, and the scope of application is wide.
- Equipped with a centralized lubricator for forced automatic lubrication of the ball screw and guide rail joint surface, which can effectively improve the dynamic response characteristics of the machine tool and the service life of the screw guide rail.
