HDGQ800 series High precision and rigidity cnc vmc with gantry structure
Structure characteristics
- Z-axis adopts patented small gantry square ram structure, the contact surface of the slide rail enlarges by 400%, the rigidity is better, configures high precision and heavy load spindle, rail accuracy retention time is greatly improved.
- Z-axis nitrogen balance weight, suitable for high-speed operation, more stable processing
- Short throat depth. The distance between the Z-axis guide rail and the spindle in the direction of X and Y is short, and the overall rigidity and service life are greatly improved compared with those of the same specifications of large vmc.
- Patented sturcture of curved back door. Careful design of large-span porous multi-ribbed door structure. The rigidity is better than VMC. Multiple Horizontal Spindles can be Installed on Composite Columns
