Machine characteristics:
1. The lathe bed is made of heavy casting. It has went through at least twice aging quality tests and ultrasonic frequency quenching
2. The imported linear rolling guide way are used in X, Z axes, so that it can decrease abrasion of the lathe. The preloading of the super-sized rolling guide-way decrease the gap of the guide way, and it increase the precision meanwhile.
3. Double row cylindrical roller bearings and Double direction thrust angular contact bearing are used in principal axis. These precise bearings with special design for the main axial of the machinery equipment. These gives a optimized combination of high-precision, high loads and good running speed; moreover, it is more durable.
4. The design of the guarded guide way is more water-resistant and scrap-iron-resistant
