HMC630 / HMC630P horizontal machining center machine adopts the design concept of the whole machine, comprehensive considering every link of the machine tool, reserved for different customers the machine interface, the use of international popular inverted T type, the overall structure of lathe bed, a reasonable distributed chip structure was optimized and improved the guide rail lubrication recycling system, improve the whole rigidity and appearance quality of castings. The special bearing of the ball screw of each feed shaft of the machine tool is lubricated with thin oil, which realizes the advantages of the machine tool such as free maintenance and good lubrication effect, and improves the service life of the ball screw, restrains the temperature rise and improves the precision of the machine tool.
