TX20-0 TX20-1 Moving Beam Gantry Milling Machine For Sale
1. TX20 series gantry moving beam milling machine is a new generation of precision machining machine tools, suitable for high speed steel carbide tool on ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal and part of the non-metallic material processing of the workpiece. Can complete the plane, high and low surface, inclined surface, side, groove class, boring, drilling and other processes of the milling process.
2. Transmission mode of worktable: T type lead screw drive of worktable, drive by AC servo system to realize stepless adjustable working speed.
3. Beam locking: TX20 series beam is mechanically automatically locked and realizes chain control with the beam lifting.
4. The feed of vertical milling head is stepless adjustable.
5. Side milling head milling feed quantity is stepless adjustable.
6. All machine tools are cast, processed, assembled by our company. The casting materials are HT250 quality cast iron, all through thermal, vibration and secondary time treatment, to fully eliminate the internal stress of the casting. The bed body, column and beam guide rail have been super audio quenching.
7. According to user needs, special specifications can be customized with 3 power milling heads (one vertical milling heads and two side milling heads).
