Whole body casting made by resin sand to reach low gravity,anti-vibration. Main contact surfaces all solved by scretch way, can keep the precision and stability during heavy duty cutting
Solid, anti-vibration, anti-transshape, more suitable to vertical turret and integrated turret.
Two-axis configuration linear roller guide, strong rigidity, with excellent cutting ability, more suitable for configuration of vertical tool holder heavy duty cutting.
The base adopts a large chip discharge Angle to eliminate the area prone to chip accumulation, effectively prevent the accumulation of iron chips, smooth chip discharge, and improve the processing stability.
The spindle adopts high-precision imported bearings, high radial runout accuracy of the cone end axis, especially suitable for processing high hardness, large cutting parts, greatly reducing the vibration and thermal error generated during processing, low failure rate, high efficiency.
Simple structure, strong rigidity, fast transposition, adjacent tool transposition time 0.25s, farthest end transposition time 0.79s, repeated tool change accuracy ±1.6", to achieve high precision, high efficiency, high reliability processing.
In the machining process, the ATC tool library has the tool selection function, which can provide 10/12 tool positions, solve the problem of tool shortage and tool interference, and shorten the tool change time.
Use M code can get low speed&high torque output or high speed&low torque, satisfy customer’s high speed and big torque request.
