Pruduct's Descritption
- The main transmission of the lathe is driven by vector frequency system and a continuously variable speed range could be obtained by 2 speed vertical shafting mechanism.
- The worktable spindle is centered by high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearings of which the radial clearance is adjustable, the worktable is equipped with constant current hydrostatic guideway,it is thereby able to achieve a high rotary accuracy,large loading, small heat deformation.
- The rail head adopts square ram configuring hydrostatic balance tank,horizontal rapid moving slide carriage is performed by constant current static technology.Horizontal and vertical feed is driven by AC servo system.The variable speed is realized through connecting the planetary reducer to precision ball screw.
