Product Features:
◆ Base, fuselage, workbench, middle slide, lifting slide and other main components are cast by high strength materials, and manual aging treatment, to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool.
◆ Milling head is equipped with turret milling head, and the main shaft is equipped with manual and micro feeding methods, convenient and accurate processing; Milling head can be adjusted before and after ±45°, turn around 90°, expand the processing range of the machine tool.
◆ There are three kinds of manual feed, mechanical feed and mechanical fast forward in the vertical and horizontal worktable. Fast feed can make the workpiece reach the processing position quickly and shorten the non-processing time.
◆ And X, Y, Z three direction guide pair by ultra-audio quenching, precision grinding and scraping treatment, improve the accuracy, extend the service life of the machine.
◆ Manual lubrication device can force the longitudinal, horizontal and vertical lead screw and guide rail to lubricate, reduce the wear of the machine tool and ensure the efficient operation of the machine tool;
◆Cooling system by adjusting the nozzle to change the size of the coolant flow, to meet different processing needs.
