The machine bed uses high precision optical laserinstrument to make pitch compensation to ensure the same positioning accurate of work piece.

Distribution line in the electrical box is in accord with CE safety standard.Electrical components use world-renowned brand.During control system operating, the design of the reasonable thermal balance and electrical interference are not affected by the outside interference.

The spindle uses Taiwan imported.NSK p4 grade angular ball bearing is installed inside the spindle.The assembly of the front 3 and the back 2 ensuresrigidity and working accuracy for axial and radial direction.The contacting surface for spindle and cabinet is scraped.Thus,during the high speed running of spindle,it could keep the spindle quiet,minimum vibration and good heat dissipation.

X,Z-axis puts to use linear guide way with highrgidity(Hiwin and PMI imported from Taiwan).Through calculation and analysis,track and track spacing use the best design,low resistance and high rigidity. x.Z-axis usehigh precision C3 grinding ball screw.Both sides of the fixed enduse 60° oblique angle ball bearing assistant support of the combinedtype of NSK or FAG.The two shaftends use the pretension design to ensure working accuracy.
