I.Machine features:

1.1 Main structure

RD20 adopts the most stable gantry frame, the bed is arranged with internal reinforcement, the bed structure is thick, the cross section optimized beam is arranged with large span step guide rail, the Z axis of the high strength saddle adopts six slide block structure, so that the spindle box has high static and dynamic rigidity. The machine is composed of the main key parts, the main motion system, the feed motion system, the tool storage auxiliary system, the pneumatic system, the lubrication system, the protection system, the chip removal and cooling system, the electrical control system and so on.

1.2 Main key parts

The bed body, worktable, column, saddle and headstock of RD20 are made of HT300 high strength grey cast iron, which has good rigidity, shock absorption and precision retention.

RD20 all key items are completed by our company CNC gantry machining center, roughing and semi-finishing and imported by Japan's new Japanese machine multi-function longmen pentahedron machining center (HF - 5 m) in constant temperature workshop to complete the final finishing process, to ensure that key large machining precision, thus ensuring the geometric accuracy of machine tools.

1.3 Main motion system

RD20 main motion system adopts spindle servo motor to drive through belt, and the structure of driving mechanical spindle is as follows:

The spindle unit is the core part of the machine tool. It adopts high precision spindle unit, model: BT50. The main motion system adopts spindle servo motor power of 15/18.5kW, maximum output speed of 4000rpm, and output torque of 214/255N.m.

1.4 Feed movement system

RD20 has three linear feed shafts. The three-axis feed mechanism adopts AC servo motor. The non-backlash elastic coupling is directly connected with the lead screw to realize the reciprocating movement of each shaft.

1.5 Protection system

The protective form of RD20 guide rail: X axis is 201 stainless steel protective pull plate, Y axis is organ cover, Z axis is stainless steel armor plate to provide adequate protection for the feed system; The protection of the machine tool is designed and manufactured by our company. The operation area of the machine tool is fully enclosed to ensure the safety and protection performance during operation.

1.6 Chip removal and cooling system

RD20 chip discharging adopts double stranded cage and after chain chip discharging device, chip receiving car.

The cooling system adopts two cooling methods of tool internal cooling and external cooling. The internal cooling adopts 20bar, 65L/min high-flow high-pressure center water filtration system, and the external cooling adopts 67L/min flow rate and 27m head to ensure the reliability of cooling.

Standard configuration of high-pressure water gun, can better clean the machine tool iron filings.

1.7 Pneumatic system

RD20 adopts pneumatic control components with reliable performance and good stability to change the tool for the spindle, clean air blowing for the spindle center, and dry and clean compressed gas for the external air gun.
