1.0. Equipment purpose:
CNC drilling and milling machine series is mainly used for efficient drilling and processing of workpieces with thickness within the effective range, such as flat plate, flange, disc, ring and so on. Through holes and blind holes can be drilled on simple material parts and composite materials. The machining process of the machine tool is digitally controlled and the operation is very convenient. It can realize automatic, high-precision, multi variety and mass production. In order to meet the processing needs of different users, the company has developed a variety of finalized products. In addition to conventional models, they can also be designed and customized according to the actual needs of users.
2.0. Equipment structure:
The equipment is mainly composed of bed worktable, mobile gantry, mobile sliding saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication device and protective device, circulating cooling device, digital control system, electrical system, etc. The rolling hard rail pair is supported and guided, and the precision lead screw pair is driven. The machine tool has high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
2.1. Bed table:
The bed is an integral steel structure, with secondary tempering treatment and finishing. It has good dynamic and static rigidity and no deformation. The worktable adopts casting structure, and there is a T-shaped groove with reasonable finishing layout on the plane for clamping workpieces. T-shaped grooves are arranged on the bed. The driving system is driven by AC servo motor and precision ball screw pair on both sides to make the gantry move in the x-axis direction. Adjustable bolts are distributed on the bottom of the bed, which can easily adjust the level of the bed workbench.
2.2. Mobile gantry:
The mobile gantry is made of gray iron 250, and two rolling linear guide rail pairs with ultra-high bearing capacity are installed in the front of the gantry. A set of precision ball screw pair and a servo motor make the power head slide plate move in the y-axis direction, and the drilling power head is installed on the power head slide plate. The movement of the gantry is realized by the rotation of the ball screw on the ball screw driven by the servo motor through the precision coupling.
2.3. Moving saddle:
The moving sliding saddle is a precision cast iron structural part. Two CNC hard rail sliding tables with ultra-high bearing capacity, a set of precision ball screw pair and a high-precision planetary reducer are installed on the sliding saddle, which are connected with the servo motor to drive the drilling power head to move in the z-axis direction, so as to realize the actions of fast forward, work forward, fast backward and stop of the power head. It has the functions of automatic chip breaking, chip removal and pause.
2.4. Drilling power head:
The drilling power head adopts a special servo spindle motor, which drives the special precision spindle by reducing the speed and increasing the torque through the toothed synchronous belt. The spindle adopts the front three rear two type five row Japanese angular contact bearing to realize stepless speed change. The spindle is equipped with a pneumatic tool change system to make the tool change fast and convenient. It is driven by servo motor and ball screw. 10. The y-axis can be linked, and the semi closed-loop control is adopted, which can realize the functions of linear and circular interpolation. The spindle end is BT40 tapered hole, equipped with Italian rotofos high-speed rotary joint, which can use high-speed u drill (violent drill) and coring bit to center water.
2.5. Automatic lubrication device and protective device:
The machine tool is equipped with Taiwan original positive displacement partial pressure automatic lubrication device, which can automatically lubricate the moving pairs such as guide rail, lead screw and rack, without dead angle, so as to ensure the service life of the machine tool. The x-axis and Y-axis of the machine tool are equipped with dust-proof protective covers, and waterproof splash baffles are installed around the worktable.
2.6. Full digital numerical control system:
2.6.1. With chip breaking function, chip breaking time and cycle can be set on the man-machine interface.
2.6.2. When the cutter is lifted to the upper part of the drill, the cutter can be raised to the cutting height quickly, and then the cutter can be raised to the upper part of the drill, and then the cutter can be raised to the cutting height automatically.
2.6.3. The centralized operation control box and handheld unit adopt numerical control system, and are equipped with USB interface and LCD. In order to facilitate programming, storage, display and communication, the operation interface has the functions of man-machine dialogue, error compensation, automatic alarm and so on.
2.6.4. The equipment has the functions of hole position rehearsal and re inspection before processing, which is very convenient to operate.
