5025CNC Moving Column CNC Linear Rail Grinding Machine China Manufacturer
Application scope:
Suitable for grinding batch workpiece, such as linear guide rail, slide block, sewing machine accessories, mold precision positioning block and other high-precision grinding, grinding wheel can be automatically dressed and compensated, grinding wheel speed can be constant speed grinding.
Grinding wheel spindle can be divided into vertical mounting grinding and horizontal mounting grinding.
Structural features:
1. This machine adopts T-shaped movable column structure
2. The vertical shaft adopts high-precision ball screw and servo motor direct connection structure, which has the advantages of fast upper and lower response speed and high positioning accuracy, resulting in high rigidity and high stability of the whole machine.
3. The CNC system adopts Taiwan's new generation CNC system. The number of control axes is 3 axes, namely Y-axis forward and backward feed, main mill Z-axis up and down feed, and X-axis left and right hydraulic analog feed of worktable.
4 Grinding of vertical clamping workpieces can realize multi-process compound processing with one clamping.
5. Use isolation and forced cooling to eliminate heat sources.
