The layout of the machine tool is as follows: the worktable adopts a circular electromagnetic worktable to carry the workpiece for rotation. The electromagnetic worktable is installed on the saddle. The inverter controls the reduction motor to drive the worktable to rotate. The saddle moves back and forth along the bed rails to facilitate loading and unloading of workpieces. The column and the bed are connected by a three-point adjustment mechanism to adjust the grinding head angle. The overall disc-type workpiece surface can be ground into a concave or convex shape. The grinding head moves up and down along the column guide rail, and the AC servo motor is connected to the reduction mechanism to drive the ball screw to rotate for vertical feeding. The grinding head spindle is driven by a waterproof built-in special high-power motor with strong cutting ability. The grinding wheel adopts a combination of multiple sand tiles evenly distributed around the circumference or a cylindrical grinding wheel to grind the workpiece. The dresser on the grinding head can dress the grinding wheel/sand tile. The grinding head spindle bearing adopts a high-precision angular contact bearing with high precision, high performance and stability. The machine tool castings are made of HT300 high-quality cast iron, resin sand casting, annealing and stress relief treatment, stable structure and good processability.
