High precision MNK-4010AHD/MSI programmable saddle type surface grinding machine
Mainly used for precision grinding, grinding accuracy and finish are very high. Suitable for machining all kinds of parts and tools. Especially suitable for grinding high-precision, high-finish parts or tools, and has a high grinding efficiency.
Main feature
* Adopt the layout form of cross table, column and grinding head structure is compact, vertical feed sensitivity is high, to ensure the accuracy of transverse guide rail.
* The horizontal feed of the worktable adopts pasted plastic guide rail, driven by oil pressure, which can obtain smooth and continuous feed, so it can be grinded with high finish.
* The vertical movement of the worktable is controlled by two ways: 1. Ordinary drive control type and servo drive control type. The ordinary drive can not be precisely positioned before and after, but the servo can achieve precise positioning.
* The machine adopts a semi-closed cover shell, which can completely cover the whole working area, effectively prevent the splashing of coolant and iron filings, and can be connected to the mist absorption and dust removal device.
