Main feature
* Using the layout of the cross table, the structure of the column and the grinding head is compact, the vertical feed sensitivity is high, and the accuracy of the horizontal guide rail is guaranteed.
* The horizontal feed of the worktable adopts plastic guide rails, driven by oil pressure, which can obtain stable and continuous feed, so it can carry out high-finish grinding.
* The longitudinal movement of the worktable is controlled in two ways: 1. Ordinary transmission control type and servo transmission control type. Ordinary transmission cannot be precisely positioned before and after, and servo can achieve precise positioning.
* The grinding head adopts high-precision angular contact bearing, which has high rigidity and rotation accuracy.
* The machine tool adopts a semi-enclosed cover, which can completely cover the entire working area, effectively prevent the splashing of coolant and iron filings, and can be connected with a mist and dust removal device.
* The machine tool control options can adopt Japanese Mitsubishi PLC, Taiwan's SYNTEC and German Siemens control system, the graphical menu operation is simple, and the degree of automation is high.
