BXM20-3 BXM20-4 standard double column planer-milling machine
Machine Introduction
1.The worktable transmisson: worktable rack 50 degree, helical tooth, helical shaft power input. The main gear box is 2 gear 4 speed, the speed of the worktable is continuously variable.
2.Beam locking: beam lifting interlocks with its locking, mechanical automatic locking.
3.The feed of the vertical planer head and side planer head is continuously variable.
4.The basic parts of the machine tools are all casted,processed and assembled in house.The casting material is high quality cast iron HT250 which has clear removed the casting stress thoroughly by annealing process and vibratory process.All the guideways of the bed and column and beam have been supersonic frequency quenched.
5.Accessories could be equipped according to the request of customers; the machine configuration can be customized.
