Product Presentation

This lathe is widely used in the processing of box parts, shell parts, disk parts, special-shaped parts in military, aerospace,
automobile, mold, machinery manufacturing and other industries. The parts can automatically complete the milling and boring of four faces after one clamping. Drilling, expanding, reaming and tapping. It has the advantages of high degree of automation, strong reliability, simple operation, convenience and pleasantness, beautiful and generous overall appearance, and high degree of mechanical and electrical integration.

 

Product Features

 

(1) High precision -- the X, Y and Z coordinate screw of the machine tool all adopts advanced hollow cooling technology, which effectively controls the heat deformation in the process of machine tool processing and improves the machining accuracy of the machine tool. In addition, the machine tool has the function of temperature compensation. The temperature sensor is installed in the main position of the machine body, and the precision of the machine tool is realized by analyzing and compensating the coordinate position of the CNC system.

 

(2) High speed -- the machine spindle adopts motorized spindle structure, with a maximum speed of 12000rpm and internal two speed changes, which can meet the requirements of low speed cutting and high speed machining; X, Y, Z three coordinate guide uses high rigid linear rolling guide, its fast moving speed up to 60m/min; The machine adopts linkage tool changing mechanism (tool changing time: 2 seconds). The above parameters are in the domestic leading level and international advanced level.

 

(3) high rigidity - the main part of the machine tool is all made of resin sand casting, the bed body is an integral casting, and the column, slide table and workbench move on it. The exchange table and knife storage manipulator are fixed on the bed body to ensure the overall rigidity of the machine tool. In addition, the structure of the machine tool is more reasonable through finite element analysis in the design process.
