High rigidity X6232B universal rotary head knee-type milling machine
Product Presentation
X6232B universal rotary head knee-type milling machine is based on X6142 with an addition of overarm gear box and drived by a separate motor to improve the performance of machine. As a universal milling machine with basic function of milling machine and it can be installed with a universal rotary milling head on overarm to work as vertical milling machine. The spindle sleeve can move up & down to cooperated with worktable movement and also drilling, tapping and finish boring even drill inclined hole. Two spindles are drived separately & inter locked.
Mounted with face, cylindrical, side, bevel & formed milling cutters, driller, boring cutters, this universal rotary head milling machine is suitable to process different flat surface, inclinded surface slots, holes & gears on miscellaneous workpiece. Equipped with optional accessories,such as dividing head and rotary table, machine can be applicable to versatile processing. With high rigidity, accuracy & efficiency, X6242B is an idea machine tool for machining, maintenance & toolmaking.
