X5042 Vertical Knee type Milling Machine
Product Presentation
X5042 vertical milling machine, suitable for bar, wafer, Angle, forming and end milling cutter, plane, slope, Angle, groove and edge processing. After installing the dividing head accessories on this machine tool, it can also milling the workpiece such as gear, reamer, spiral groove, CAM and drum wheel, etc., which is widely used in machining industries. The parts of the machine tools that are easy to wear are equipped with clearance adjustment devices to ensure the accuracy and working stability of the machine tools. The machine has a good safety device, manual feed and motor feed interlocking mechanism. Each stroke is equipped with a limit device to ensure the safety of operators and machine tools.
Main features:
1. Worktable can rotate ±45°,which can also auto feed & rapid feed in 3 directions.
2. Vertical milling head is an individual parts that spindle sleeve can move vertically by handle wheel on right side.
3. Spindle speed is controlled by single handlebar with 20 steps.
4. Feeding gearbox is installed on left of worktable base, with feeding motor on back to get 15 steps speed.
5. Feeding speed operation box is hanged on right side of worktable, which is symmetrical to feeding gearbox, it makes different movement of worktable.
6. Main guideways of machine are rectangular type with wear resistant measures to keep high accuracy.
7. With high spindle power & wide speed range, machine can do high speed milling with hard alloy tools.
8. The machine can do heavy duty machining with good rigidity.
9. Installed with complete cooling & lubrication system.
