4. Machine tool structure description and technical parameters
4.1 Overall Structure:
4.1.1 This machine tool is a CNC fully protective grinding machine. It adopts a dedicated servo system for CNC grinding machines from GKC, with the CNC system controlling the feed of the grinding wheel head and the movement of the worktable. The external and internal grinding wheels , workpiece rotation, oil pump, and coolant pump are all driven by independent motors. The machine tool features an integral bed and a movable worktable layout. The workpiece rotates on the machine tool, the worktable reciprocates longitudinally, and the grinding wheel head performs transverse feed movement.
4.2 Grinding wheel stand
4.2.1 The grinding wheel holder is made of high-strength cast iron HT250 and has undergone special processing, giving it excellent rigidity and stability.
4.2.2 The spindle system uses rolling bearings, which are highly precise and rigid, ensuring that the grinding wheel spindle maintains high rotational accuracy and operational stability throughout long-term grinding processes. Regular maintenance and adjustment of the grinding wheel spindle system are simple and reliable.
4.2.3 The grinding wheel head is automatically fed horizontally by an AC servo motor driven by a ball screw. During the automatic feeding cycle, the grinding wheel is automatically dressed and automatically compensated after dressing. The dressing frequency is adjustable.
4.2.4 The grinding wheel frame guide rail adopts a flat V-shaped guide rail with hydrostatic lubrication.
4.4 Worktable
4.4.1 The worktable is divided into upper and lower layers. The upper worktable is equipped with a manual adjustment mechanism on the right end, which can adjust the taper of the workpiece.
4.4.2 The longitudinal motion is directly driven by an AC servo motor and ball screw transmission. The motion guide is a flat and V-shaped sliding guide. The surface of the guide is manually scraped with deep knife marks. The guide is automatically lubricated by an oil pump, and the low-speed motion is smooth and reliable.
4.4.3 The worktable is automatically fed in a cyclic manner by an AC servo motor driving a ball screw.
4.4.4 The ball screw is equipped with a dust cover to protect the ball screw from dirt.
4.5 head frame :
4.5.1 The workpiece rotation is driven by an AC motor through a pulley and a turntable, and the headstock center is a Morse #6 standard center.
4.5.2 The AC motor is driven by a frequency converter, and the speed can be infinitely adjusted.
4.6 Lubrication System
The machine tool adopts an independent central lubrication system, which operates before other actions after the machine tool is started.
Reliable lubrication of moving parts such as the worktable, feed mechanism guide rails, and lead screws.
4.7 Cooling System
4.7.1 The machine tool cooling system features an independent, large-capacity water tank. It employs a magnetic separation filtration system to meet the cooling requirements during workpiece processing.
With a flow rate of 50 liters per minute, it provides excellent cooling.
4.8 Electrical System
4.8.1 The machine tool control system adopts the Siemens CNC system, which can realize interpolation function, automatic detection of CNC system faults, fault alarm, and alarm history record.
4.8.2 features an 8.4- inch display, allowing for convenient and quick input of dimensional values, grinding wheel values, and grinding parameters. The settings are simple and do not require complex programming. It also has functions such as fault alarm, self-diagnosis, and grinding wheel life management.
4.8.3 The machine tool is equipped with a movable handheld unit, which allows selection of axis system and magnification, facilitating adjustment and tool setting of parts. It is particularly suitable for use in multi-variety, medium-batch production.
4.8.4 The electrical control box is located at the rear of the machine tool, and the connection between the box and the machine tool is via a flexible metal conduit. The control box is located at the front right of the machine tool and can rotate for easy operation and adjustment.
4.8.5 The machine tool worktable and feed control both adopt AC servo semi-closed-loop control.
4.9 Other Items
4.9.1 The dressing method adopts automatic single-point dressing, and the outer circle of the grinding wheel is dressed with a diamond pen. It can perform automatic dressing compensation and can remember the dressing quantity.
4.9.2 The color of the machine tool shall be in accordance with the color code provided by Party A one month before delivery.
Factory and power requirements: Power supply 380V±10%, frequency 50±2Hz, compressed air 0.4~0.5Mpa, ambient temperature 5~45 ℃ .
5. Party B shall provide the following technical information.
