Product Description

Dual‑spindle single‑turret slant‑bed turn‑mill composite CNC machine tool, featuring a 30° interpolated Y‑axis structure. With dual‑spindle hand‑over function, it completes front‑and‑back turning, milling, drilling, tapping and boring composite machining in one‑time clamping, greatly reducing positioning errors caused by re‑clamping. Ideal for high‑volume mass production of small‑and‑medium‑sized precision complex parts.
- High-quality HT300 gray cast iron is made of each casting structure The casting has heat treatment before and during processing, 30° saddle structure, the load of each unit module is evenly distributed, the finite element analysis of the overall structure is carried out in the design stage, and the support parts of each unit are reliable during the heavy-duty machining process of the machine tool.

- The spindle is equipped with a high-rigidity permanent magnet synchronous electric shaft with a maximum spindle speed of 4500 rpm and a power of 15/18.5KW. The spindle bearings are made of NSK's high-precision rollers and bidirectional angular contact bearings.

- Each machine is equipped with a spindle constant temperature management system, which ensures that the operating temperature of the spindle is continuously within a constant range, whether it is machining with a large depth of cut or high-speed machining.
- In order to obtain the best stiffness, the machine adopts a hydraulic locking, servo rotation structure, and the turret can be equipped with a boring tool holder of 25mm and 40mm for turning tools.

- The X/Z guide rails are P-class guides of the highest grade from Japan THK or Germany Rexroth (depending on the delivery date) and ball screws and bearings of equivalent brands in Japan or Germany. The machine structure is characterized by extremely high stiffness and load-bearing capacity

- The automatic lubrication system provides timely lubrication for the main moving parts, guides, bearings, etc., thereby reducing wear, and the lubrication and air filtration system is precisely integrated into the machine’s housing
