Product Description
SMTCL HTC16H is a compact horizontal CNC lathe purpose-built for high-efficiency turning of small precision parts. With a compact 1830×1580mm footprint, it maximizes shop floor productivity without sacrificing cutting capability. The HTC16H is ideal for high-mix, medium-volume production of shaft and disc components in the automotive, bearing, and general machining sectors.
Equipped with a 6000rpm A2-5 spindle, 6-inch hydraulic chuck, and 8-station servo turret, the HTC16H achieves rapid cycle times for small part turning. The optional bar feeder enables unattended batch production. A large box-type tool rest with imported linear guides ensures cutting rigidity, while the thermal-balanced machine structure maintains precision during extended operation.
A2-5 spindle nose with 85mm front bearings delivers 6000rpm for high-speed finishing of small diameter parts. 120 N.m max torque handles roughing and finishing in a single setup.
1830×1580mm footprint is among the smallest in its class. Perfect for workshops with limited floor space or for dense production line layouts. 2600kg weight simplifies installation.
Optional bar feeder supports 42mm bar diameter for unattended batch production. Combined with the 8-station servo turret, enables lights-out machining of small turned parts.
Full machine thermal balance design with C3-grade ball screws and imported linear guides. 525 quality inspection items ensure consistent accuracy across production batches.
