Product Description

High efficiency single lathe automation system equipped with multi-layer stock bin and gantry feeding structure. It realizes continuous automatic loading and unloading for CNC lathes, cuts manual operation and raises batch machining stability. Widely applied for mass production of auto parts, hardware and precision mechanical components.

Mechanical hand operation process:
Worker OP1 loads materials into the bin → Mechanical hand picks up the materials → H46 bed processing (sequence 1) → Intermediate transfer and flipping → H46 bed processing (sequence 2) → Mechanical hand picks up the materials → Disperses onto the tray → One work cycle.

Advantages of dot matrix silos:
They enable automated and orderly storage and retrieval of various materials with the highest precision and reliability within a minimal space. They also offer convenient and quick production changes, fewer replacement parts, lower costs, and simple adjustments.
1. Point-and-display storage bins: divided into 7 trays; each tray can hold 54 products, totaling 378 products;
2. The trays are made of bakelite board, carved and processed. Different products only require changing the tray; one tray corresponds to only one product specification (the trays are custom-made).

Gripper working process:
The picking gripper picks up the finished product → rotates 180 degrees → pneumatic cleaning of the chuck → the feeding gripper clamps the product → completes one work cycle.

Internal transfer and flipping device of machine tool:
Flipping device workflow: Transfer clamping → Rotate 180 degrees → Transfer loading → Ejecting → Complete one work cycle. (Loading time: 5 seconds)
