General type, which is economical and practical with wide machining range, and it is suitable for machining of various parts. It is used in engineering machinery, reducer, pump valve, general machinery and other industries.
Structural features:Single column side hanging box layout, in which, the column moves horizontally along the body guide rail (X-axis coordinate) , the headstock moves vertically along the column guide rail (Y-axis coordinate) , the ram moves horizontally in the headstock (Z-axis coordinate) , and the spindle moves in the ram (W-axis coordinate) .
Basic parts:Cast with high-strength cast iron material and resin sand process
Spindle group:The spindle is driven by Siemens AC servo motor via homemade reduction gearbox, which is divided into high gear and low gear speed change.
