High efficiency with large spindle power and large torque, it is suitable for machining of medium and large parts, and it is used in wind power, energy, reducer, general machinery and other industries.

Structural features:Single column side hanging box layout, in which, the column moves horizontally along the body guide rail (X-axis coordinate) , the headstock moves vertically along the column guide rail (Y-axis coordinate) , the ram moves horizontally in the headstock (Z-axis coordinate) , and the spindle moves in the ram (W-axis coordinate).

Basic parts:cast with high-strength cast iron material and resin sand process, ram is made of high-strength ductile cast iron.

Spindle group:High speed and large torque, with independent homemade gearbox, divided into high, medium and low three speed change.

Guide rail:X-axis and Y-axis are equipped with closed constant flow static guide rail, with good vibration resistance and accuracy retention, and Z-axis is equipped with rolling element plus
