The CQW61100F horizontal lathe is specially designed for the processing of heavy-duty parts. It has a maximum rotary diameter of 1000mm and supports four-speed stepless regulation ranging from 17 to 1000r/min, which can meet the requirements of rough and finish machining. The bed is made of high-strength castings cast by resin sand. The guide rails have undergone ultrasonic frequency quenching and precision grinding, featuring excellent wear resistance and precision retention, and can withstand heavy cutting. The diameter of the main shaft through hole is 104mm. Combined with a high-torque motor, it is suitable for powerful turning of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is applicable to the processing of large components in industries such as energy and shipping.
