VMU40H is a highly efficient vertical five-axis machining center developed for industries such as 3C, medical care, and molds.
This series of products adopts a overhead crane structure, with the bed and column integratedly cast, featuring excellent rigidity and precision retention. It is equipped with a high-speed electric spindle with a speed of up to 30,000 RPM, direct drive by dual swing table torque motors, a linear shaft with an acceleration of 1G, and a rotating shaft with a speed of up to 80r/min. The overall dynamic performance of the machine is outstanding. Linear shafts with a positioning accuracy of less than 0.006mm and rotary shafts with an Angle positioning accuracy of less than 8sec can provide effective guarantees for users' high-precision parts processing.
High rigidity, high speed, high precision, rich configuration, and powerful five-axis linkage function can meet the efficient processing requirements of customers for complex and irregular parts.
