Inverted Vertical Lathe IVT45 Spindle Gripping Automatic Loading And Unloading Vertical CNC Lathe
IVT45 inverted vertical lathe adopts modular and systematic structural design, especially suitable for medium and large batch processing. The inverted spindle structure and the large Angle design of the bed protection ensure the smooth discharge of iron filings. The small footprint of the whole machine ensures lower space costs and more possibilities for machine layout. Through centralized loading and unloading conveyor belts and diversified manipulators, future flexible production can be met, achieving lower automation costs and lower equipment time. In addition, the Y-axis and measuring stations outside the machining room are optional for machining complex geometric shapes, which improves the flexibility of the machine configuration.

Through the finite element analysis of the key components and the whole machine structure, the component structure and the whole machine layout are optimized to achieve the best rigidity and improve the stability of the main machine.

X/Z axis is configured with absolute value grating ruler, spindle is configured with encoder to achieve closed-loop control. X/Z positioning accuracy can reach 8µm, repeated positioning accuracy can reach 4µm

The inverted spindle structure can replace the manipulator and realize automatic loading and unloading with the automatic line in the machine. The in-machine automatic line can also meet the future flexible production through centralized loading and unloading conveyor belts and diversified manipulators, achieving lower automation costs and lower equipment time.
