1,The high precision horizontal axis rectangular table surface grinding machine adopts the layout of cross table, the structure of the column and grinding head is compact, the vertical feed sensitivity is high, and the accuracy of the horizontal guide rail is guaranteed.
2,The horizontal feed of the table uses a plastered guide rail, driven by oil pressure, to obtain a smooth and continuous feed, so that high finish grinding is possible.
3,The longitudinal movement of the worktable is controlled in two ways: Ordinary transmission control type and servo transmission control type. The ordinary transmission cannot achieve precise positioning in the front and back directions, while the servo can achieve precise positioning.
