Structural features:
1. The machine adopts T-shaped moving column structure.
2. Bed guide rail is protected by accordion machine tool cover.
3. Vertical shaft adopts high precision ball screw and servo motor directly connected structure, high response speed and high positioning accuracy, high rigidity and high stability of the machine.
4. The front and rear guide adopts heavy-duty roller linear guide with high precision ball screw and servo motor directly connected structure, fast response speed and high positioning accuracy, high rigidity and high stability of the whole machine
5. The spindle structure of grinding head is the key of grinding machine, which directly affects the grinding accuracy, roughness, waviness and grinding efficiency.
