Product introduction
It is especially suitable for grinding parts or tools with high precision and high finish, and has high grinding efficiency. Suitable for processing various parts and knife molds.
Main feature
1. This high-precision horizontal axis and rectangular table surface grinder adopts the layout of a cross table, the column and the grinding head are compact in structure, the vertical feed sensitivity is high, and the accuracy of the horizontal guide rail is guaranteed.
2. The horizontal feed of the worktable adopts plastic guide rails and is driven by oil pressure, which can be obtained. 3. The longitudinal movement of the worktable is controlled in two ways. 1. Common transmission control type and servo transmission control type. Common transmission cannot be precisely positioned before and after. Servo can achieve precise positioning.
3. The grinding head adopts high-precision angular contact bearing, which has high rigidity and rotation accuracy.
4. The machine tool adopts a semi-enclosed cover, which can completely cover the entire working area, effectively prevent the splashing of coolant and iron filings, and can be connected with a mist suction and dust removal device.
