1. TX20 series gantry moving beam milling machine is a new generation of precision machining machine tools, suitable for the processing of ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal and some non-metallic material workpiece of high speed steel carbide tool. Can complete the plane, high and low surface, inclined plane, side, groove, boring, drilling and other processes of milling processing.
2. All machine tools are cast, processed and assembled by our company. The casting material is HT250 high quality cast iron, which has been treated by heat treatment, vibration and secondary time treatment to eliminate the internal stress of the casting. The bed, column and beam guide rail have been superaudio quenching treatment.
