SP1820/SP1830/SP1840 dcmc double column machining center for metal working in china
The main components such as the base, workbench, column, beam, mobile base, saddle, etc. are all made of high-grade resin sand and made of high-quality gray cast iron.
The X and Y axes adopt heavy-duty roller linear guides with high rigidity and good dynamic accuracy.
The ball screw bracket adopts high-quality Taiwanese bearings.
The beam adopts a stepped structure design, so the large cross section and the guide rail span shorten the distance from the spindle center to the guide rail, and the smaller turning torque ensures a good rigid structure. Taiwan brand, special spindle for double-column machining center, using grease lubrication to ensure that the spindle is fixed and constant lubrication. The spindle clamping and loosening adopts hydraulic type, which is more suitable for high-torque cutting and has low failure rate. The tool change device is located on the left side of the column and is a 24T disc type.
