High-precision screws and guide rails
It uses high-quality imported C3-grade screws and H-grade guide rails, and is directly driven by servo motors to achieve excellent operating accuracy
It adopts high-quality imported P4 grade cylindrical roller bearings and cooperates with high-precision spindle to achieve excellent rotation accuracy.
High speed two axis
The two axis use imported screws and use pre-stretching technology to ensure fast and stable operation of the machine tool
Complete functional configuration, enabling intelligent production Different module configurations such as steady rest, sub-spindle, servo tailstock, and Y-axis can be optional according to different workpiece requirements. It can realize multi-sequence processing of workpieces, and can also beequipped with workpiece measurement, tool setter, automation modules, etc., to improve work efficiency.
Small spindle tailstock It is equipped with a small spindle structure tailstock, and internally installed tapered roller bearings and angular contact ball bearings to improve the cutting rigidity of the tailstock end and ensure the cutting effect of long-axis parts.
High rigidity bed The bed is a 45° inclined bed, with an optimized and reinforced rib structure inside. It is cast in one piece with high-quality castings, and the entire axis adopts a hard rail structure, which effectively improves dynamic stiffness. The joint between the bed and the headstock is scraped and ground by a double-rest surface, which further improves the cutting rigidity of the whole machine.
High-performance, heavy-duty cutting spindleThe high-power motor is paired with a heavy -duty cutting spindle, with a maximum torque of up to 5400Nm and a cutting depth of more than 10mm on one side, improving cutting efficiency.

Efficient servo turretThe high-efficiency servo motor is adopted to control the precise indexing of the cutterhead, ensuring that it maintains strong processing capabilities and stable tool changing performance under high-speed operation. The fastest tool change at adjacent stations only takes 0.4s, which is fast and has high processing efficiency.
