1. This series of machine tools are suitable for precision and rough machining of inner and outer cylindrical surfaces. Use high-speed steel and cemented carbide tools to perform external taper, surfacing, and grooving on ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and some non-metal materials.
2. The main drive of the conventional lathe is driven by a three-phase AC motor, and the 16-speed vertical shaft mechanism can obtain a 16-speed range, while the main drive of the digital lathe is driven by a vector frequency system and can be continuously variable through a 2-speed vertical shaft system. 3. The basic parts of the machine tool are all cast, processed and assembled in-house. The casting material is high-quality cast iron HT250, and the casting stress is completely eliminated through the annealing process and the vibration process.
