Product's Description
- This series of machine tools are suitable for precision and rough machining of inner and outer cylindrical surfaces. Use high-speed steel and cemented carbide tools to perform external taper, surfacing, and grooving on ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and some non-metal materials.
- The main drive of the conventional lathe is driven by a three-phase AC motor, and the 16-speed vertical shaft mechanism can obtain a 16-speed range, while the main drive of the digital lathe is driven by a vector frequency system and can be continuously variable through a 2-speed vertical shaft system. Scope.
- The basic parts of the machine tool are all cast, processed and assembled in-house. The casting material is high-quality cast iron HT250, and the casting stress is completely eliminated through the annealing process and the vibration process. All the guide rails, columns and beams of the bed have been supersonic quenched.
- The machine is equipped with a mobile workbench, and the lower beams and columns are shielded by steel plates.
