HTC30Hm horizontal turning center adopts the whole inclined bed structure, and is equipped with large span and high rigidity spindle, which has excellent cutting performance. The scientific predrawing structure of the lead screw makes the whole machine with high processing precision and good stability. The layout of the whole machine is reasonable and the floor area is small. The single machine automatic processing unit can complete the automatic grasp, loading, loading, processing and cutting of the workpiece during the processing process, and the configuration of the turning device can realize the full sequence processing of the workpiece. The application of automation unit can greatly save labor costs and improve production efficiency, especially suitable for batch high-precision processing of small and medium-sized parts. Mainly used in automobile, bearing and other industries. It can turn the inner and outer surfaces of thread, arc, cone and rotary body for shaft and disk parts.
