operating accuracy.
The guide rail span is reasonably enlarged ,the motion system structure is optimized, and the main body of the bed saddle is
designed in an arc shape to ensure the overall rigidity of important components.
The servo motor is directly connected to the ball screw through a coupling, reducing intermediate links and achieving
gaplesstransmission. The X and Z-axis guide rails adopt imported linear rolling guide rails to ensure high rigidity, good dynamic performance and accuracy, increase operating speed and improve production efficiency.
The tailstock can be moved in an optional servodriven manner, which can precisely control and flexibly adjust the tailstock

The servo tool holder has fast indexing speed, can be continuously indexed, and can select the nearest tool in both directions. It is highly efficient and suitablefor frequent tool changes.
The tool turret drives the movable tooth plate inside the tool holder through the reducer to realize the cutter disc indexing. After the cutter disc is rotated in place, the fixed tooth plate and the movable tooth plate are hydraulically locked. The internal structure is simple and the failure points are low.
