SP2560F Gantry machining center inherits the advantages of traditional gantry machine tool base frame strong rigidity, symmetrical structure, strong stability and so on, and introduces advanced dynamic rigid design concept to optimize the design of moving parts. The machine has high torque and good quick response characteristics, suitable for automobile, mold, aerospace, hardware and other mechanical processing fields.
The gantry machining center SP2560F adopts a closed door structure, which is more stable and rigid than the C-type open structure of ordinary machining centers. The worktable is made of high-strength cast iron, and the bed, beams, slides, rams and other key structural parts are all made of steel welded parts. Finite element analysis is used to analyze and calculate to ensure the quality and stiffness ratio and excellent static and dynamic performance. Thermal performance, the cast iron worktable is equipped with a standard T-slot, which can easily locate and install various fixtures and workpieces.
SP2560F Gantry machining center machine tool overall layout for fixed beam fixed column gantry frame structure, mainly composed of bed, table, column, beam, saddle, ram, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling and filtration system, chip removal device, cantilever operating panel and electronic control system components. The bed and worktable are made of high strength cast iron and resin sand. X axis guide adopts heavy-duty guide support structure, the position and number of high-bearing slide block are reasonably arranged on each roller linear guide according to mechanical principle, so that the machine tool can get high rigidity and long-term stable accuracy.
