This product adopts a bridge structure layout; the bed adopts a U-shaped structure to arrange the X-axis guide rail and lead screw, the crossbeam moves forward and backward along the X-axis, the Z-axis is arranged on the crossbeam, and the spindle box moves up and down along the Z-axis. The spindle adopts an electric spindle structure to avoid mechanical spindle transmission loss and improve the corresponding speed. The tool holder is placed on the inside of the bed, and a power tool holder is configured to achieve turning, boring, drilling, milling, tapping and other processing. The inverted spindle structure is conducive to the discharge of iron chips, and can replace the robot, and cooperate with the machine internal material line that crosses the bed to realize automatic loading and unloading functions.
